The Professional Grounds Management Society (PGMS) will host a webinar “Electric vs. Gas, Don’t Get Zapped” on March 15 from 1-2 p.m. EDT.

Brandon Haley, CGM, senior project manager, sustainability and grounds for SSC Services for Education, a university and K-12 facility services provider, will lead the webinar, discussing how sports turf managers can cut through marketing fluff to make the best decision for their budget.

PGMS says attendees will learn:

  • What is involved in the switch from gas to electric
  • The true cost of ownership for both gas and electric equipment
  • The labor workflow changes necessary for success with electric equipment
  • What tools they need to find their break-even point for equipment decisions
