“I’m really excited about the opportunity to bring the hybrid turf system to the United States,” Goldberg said. “The partnership with SISGrass really allows us to take this technology to the next level. We are going to be able to offer solutions in a way that we couldn’t before.”

Goldberg graduated from Penn State University and held numerous positions in the natural and synthetic turf industry, including assistant superintendent at a golf club in New Jersey, regional sales manager for a synthetic turf manufacturer, field testing technician for a design/consulting firm and director of sales for a sports field construction firm.

“Andrew has a great deal of knowledge from the natural grass side and the synthetic turf side and will be a great fit as we expand the hybrid turf technology in the United States,” Philip Snider, COO at AstroTurf, said.“We are looking forward to seeing the SISGrass and AstroTurf brands work together to create more options for coaches and teams across the U.S.”
